Introducing:Bob Widomski Robert Widomski, a member of the Project Management Institute, is a highly regarded practitioner in the field of Project Management consultation and training. He has developed and performed training programs and seminars for over 7,500 employees of major firms throughout the United States, Canada and Europe. He brings with him over 30 years experience in the area of data processing and project management, being involved with a variety of projects involving the intersection of the two disciplines. Bob is a highly regarded Associate of J. J. Glatt & Associates, Inc., a professional services firm specializing in Project Management consultation, training and software support services. Previously, Bob served on numerous project assignments with a Big 3 Telecommunications firm. He was responsible for research, analysis, design and documentation of EDP systems. He directed and assisted members of the project team during all phases of system development. Bob has personally designed and coded EDP systems using several coding languages and data base management systems in different operating system environments. Bob has logged many hours installing software in a mainframe environment. He was critically involved during implementation, maintenance and training in a PC environment. Bob has led efforts in a UNIX environment as well as implementing STARLAN Ethernet LAN efforts for PC inter–connectivity projects. Bob has held positions as project leader and project manager for several large scale Network Inventory Projects; responsible for installation and testing of data circuits, including equipment acquisition and network design. Bob has over fifteen years experience using Project Management Software, including the use of Microsoft Project, in a practical environment. He has provided consultation, training and software support services to some of America’s largest firms. Bob Widomski has authored courseware on hardware and software products including Program Management using Advanced Microsoft Project Techniques, and the latest effort, Microsoft Project Central. He is also familiar with the functions and features of other Project Management software packages. Bob has attended the University of Cincinnati, Rennsalaer Polytechnic Institute and the University of Buffalo.
